Over the course of our history, our team has grown to bring over 40 years of combined property management experience to every property we oversee. Our portfolio spans Spokane County, Spokane Valley, Liberty Lake, Coeur d’Alene, and surrounding communities — managing single-family homes, multi-family investments, and commercial properties with the same standard of care.

iRE, LLC served us well as a starting point. But as our team grew, our portfolio expanded, and our service capabilities deepened, the name no longer captured the full picture of what we offer.
Apex Property Management reflects where we are today and where we are headed — the highest standard of property management in the Inland Northwest. The name signals professionalism, peak performance, and a commitment to excellence that matches what our clients have always experienced working with us.
The rebrand also brings a new online home: apexpmt.com — a cleaner, more complete experience for owners exploring our services, investors reviewing our approach, and residents searching for available rentals.
The rebrand is a confirmation of success — not a gamble on the future. We built something real under iRE, LLC. Apex Property Management is what that work grew into.
