Your Privacy Choices
Last Updated: July 23, 2026
This page explains the choices you have about how iRE, LLC, doing business as Apex Property Management ("iRE," "Apex," "Apex PMT," "we," "us," or "our"), handles your personal information, and how to exercise those choices. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
1. Our Position
We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not share your personal information with third parties for their own cross-context behavioral advertising.
We provide this page so that visitors and clients, including residents of Washington and Idaho, can easily manage cookies and analytics, opt out of marketing, and ask us about the personal information we hold.
2. A Note on State Law
Some websites you visit are operated by companies subject to comprehensive consumer privacy laws, such as the California Consumer Privacy Act, that give residents a legal right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of their personal information. Washington and Idaho, the two states in which iRE, LLC operates, have not enacted a comprehensive consumer-privacy law of this kind. As a result, we are not offering the choices below because a Washington or Idaho statute requires a "Do Not Sell or Share" mechanism; we offer them voluntarily, as a matter of good privacy practice.
Washington's Consumer Protection Act (RCW 19.86) and Idaho's Consumer Protection Act (Idaho Code § 48-601 et seq.) are general laws prohibiting unfair or deceptive business practices. They are not comprehensive privacy statutes and do not, by themselves, create "Do Not Sell" or "Do Not Share" rights. Where a specific privacy law does apply to particular information we handle, for example, the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act for tenant screening data, the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act for certain financial information, or Washington's My Health My Data Act for consumer health data, we honor the rights and follow the requirements those laws provide.
3. Manage Cookies and Analytics
Our Site uses essential, analytics, and advertising cookies and similar technologies, which may include tools such as Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel. You can limit or opt out of non-essential cookies and tracking by:
- Adjusting your browser settings to block or delete cookies, including third-party cookies;
- Using the Global Privacy Control (GPC), a browser or extension-based signal that we honor where technically feasible; and
- Using industry opt-out tools, such as Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on and the advertising-industry opt-out pages at optout.aboutads.info and optout.networkadvertising.org.
4. Opt Out of Marketing
You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by using the "unsubscribe" link in the message, or by contacting us using the information in Section 9. You may opt out of marketing text messages by replying STOP. Consent to receive marketing messages is never a condition of applying for or renting a home.
5. Access, Correction, and Deletion Requests
Although not required by a Washington or Idaho consumer-privacy statute, you may ask us to:
- provide a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
- correct inaccurate personal information; or
- delete personal information that we are not required to retain for legal, contractual, or legitimate business reasons.
To make a request, email info@apexpmt.com with the subject line "Privacy Request," or call (509) 747-6060. Some information may be exempt from these requests, for example, records we must keep under landlord-tenant, tax, licensing, or financial-services law, or information governed by the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
6. Authorized Agents
You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may require written authorization signed by you, and we may still ask you to verify your own identity directly.
7. Verification
To protect your information, we take reasonable steps to verify your identity before responding to a request. The steps we take depend on the nature and sensitivity of the request. We will not disclose personal information to anyone we cannot reasonably verify.
8. Non-Discrimination
We will not deny you services, charge you a different price, or provide you a different level or quality of service because you exercised any of the choices described on this page.
9. Response Times and Contact
We aim to acknowledge requests within ten (10) business days and to provide a substantive response within forty-five (45) calendar days, with the ability to extend that period where reasonably necessary. These timeframes are commitments we make voluntarily.
